vowbaby is a company with a purpose, not a purpose with a company.
Every suite, song and book we sell sets aside a share for vowbabyWOW. That share is the budget; the budget makes the gifts; the gifts go, quietly, to people in the hardest chapters of their stories. No donation buttons, no galas, no fine print. When you order from vowbaby, this is part of what you paid for.
Funded by the work
A fixed share of every order, set each quarter and published here once the first quarter closes. Nothing is collected from the public.
Made the same way
A gifted suite is pressed on the same cotton, by the same hands, with the same proof. Nobody can tell which orders were paid for.
Chosen by a person
A small review team, published criteria, a conversation with the recipient first. Never an algorithm, never a vote.
Given in private
The gift is the point. Stories are shared only when the recipient asks us to, in their words.
What WOW is
Giving, with dignity.
vowbabyWOW is a company-funded giving initiative of vowbaby. A small number of gifted projects each quarter, chosen by confidential human review, made with exactly the care paid work gets. It is not a registered charity or foundation, we do not collect donations through this page, and no gift is ever conditional on publicity.

Opportunities
Babies and families. Announcements, milestone paper and keepsake books for families facing medical or financial hardship.

Memories and legacy. A life's story preserved in print, or a personal tribute, for the people who loved them.
How it works
Five quiet steps.
- 1 · A nominationThoughtful and voluntary. Only the minimum: your name and email, the nominee's first name or an alias, the program, the occasion, a few lines on why. No documents, diagnoses or addresses.
- 2 · Confidential reviewA person reads it, under published criteria. Nominations are never published and never shared beyond the review team.
- 3 · A conversationWe speak with the recipient, or their guardian, before anything else. Nothing proceeds without their own consent, and they may decline or defer at any point.
- 4 · Made for themA creation based on what we can make well right now and the approved budget: paper first; song and book where production and rights are confirmed.
- 5 · A private handoffDelivered quietly. Publicity is never required and no story is shared without separate, affirmative permission.
Selection is not guaranteed. Availability depends on review, the approved budget for the quarter and production capability. Every gifted piece passes the same supplier and rights checks as paid work.
What a recipient may receive
The same things we sell.
A wedding suite or save the dates on vowbabyPAPER. A birth announcement, a milestone book. A first-dance song or a lullaby from vowbabySONG, when licensing is confirmed. A life, remembered, as a vowbabyBOOK, when the bindery is confirmed. What is available is stated plainly at the time, never promised in advance.
Who nominates
Anyone who knows the story.
A sister. A best friend. A NICU nurse, a hospice chaplain, a wedding planner whose couple lost everything in a fire. A teacher. A neighbour. You do not need to be family and you do not need permission to ask; we take care of consent ourselves, with the person, before anything is made.
Hospitals, hospice and palliative teams, NICU family groups, shelters and community organisations: if you see these moments every week, we would like to hear from you. Write to the studio about a partnership.

Is WOW a charity?
WOW begins as a company-funded giving initiative of vowbaby. We are not representing it as a separate registered nonprofit and we do not provide tax-deductible receipts.
Can I donate?
We are not collecting public donations through WOW at launch.
Does every nomination receive a gift?
No. Availability depends on review, the approved budget and production capability.
Will you share someone's story publicly?
Never without separate, affirmative permission. Nominations themselves are never published.
Which gifts are available?
Gift possibilities depend on current supplier capabilities, licensing, funding and the approved program scope. What is available is stated plainly when we speak with the recipient.
Can my organization collaborate?
