Proof approval
Custom items print only after you approve a proof. By approving you confirm spelling, dates, names and layout. Items printed as approved are not eligible for reprint at our cost.
Rights to artwork
You confirm you hold the rights to any artwork, photographs or fonts you upload. We may decline to print material we believe infringes a third party's rights.
Pricing
Prices are shown before payment and fixed at order. Sample kit prices are credited to your first qualifying order within the stated window.
Shipping and damage
Orders ship once printed. Report damage in transit within 7 days with photographs and we reprint at no charge.
vowbabysong
Each purchase is for a single song. All sales are final. Your song is produced from the answers you give in the brief, so please be diligent and specific with them. Music is subjective and creative work; not every song is perfect, and the finished song may not be exactly what you envisioned. We will do our best to achieve the result you described. Any request for an edit must be submitted formally through your brief. vowbabySONG may, at its sole discretion, respond by issuing additional access key tokens; this is not guaranteed and a decision may take up to 180 days from the date of the request. The song is licensed to you for personal use; style descriptions never imitate a named artist, and you confirm you hold the rights to any lyrics you supply.

Your book prints only after you approve a full proof. One round of changes is included before approval; printed books are final once approved.
